Meditate daily for better health

One of the healthiest things you can do for your body, mind and spirit., this is the meditation method I am starting with.

(The first 11 minutes of the video are explain the advantages and the next 20 are music to enjoy your meditation. )

Another technique would be Meditation: Horton Style!  This technique  involves simply breathing .

There are countless of ways to meditate, find one that fits for you and be consistent about it. 🙂
