Setting up routines and mentally prepping for ones day is a powerful tool for navigating through the ups, and downs of the day.
Everyone has a way of life, a morning routine we do. If you ask successful people there secret to success, most will tell you they plan.
Tony Robins who “is a catalyst for change, and a strategist for success,” gives his 10 minutes of Prime procedure.
His Philosophy is “If you don’t have 10 minutes for you self you don’t have a life.”- Tony Robins
I personally have been trying this everyday and am pleased with the results .
This process is simple, and starts with breathing.
- Breathing in and out, causes a physical change in the body which changes the bio chemistry. Do this for 1-3 minutes.
- Next, think of three things your grateful for. Stay on this thought for 3 minutes. The reason is because when your feeling grateful you can’t be angry, or worried. The only emotion you can feel is gratitude.
- Follow with 3 minutes of prayer. Prayer to heal oneself, body, and life. Pray for family, friends, pets, coworkers, and our nation. If you don’t pray I recommend finding a good source that can show you the power or prayer. if you don’t wish to, just skip this part, and instead do 3 minutes of mediation.
- 3 minutes of 3 things you desire to thrive In. What are the three things you are most committed to achieving and have the most value to you? Now in vision them. See yourself getting it done. Imagine the feeling of success you feel for accomplishing this. By doing it everyday you train your nervous system, this is what my day is going to be like.
You can do this now, or as soon as you wake up. I love to do it as I first open my eyes, as I love to lay in bed.
